Whether I am coaching one-on-one, coaching a group, or offering a leadership training, I draw from a framework I call Creating Extraordinary Futures (CEF), which you can read more about in the next section. I offer this framework in a variety of contexts.

I offer day long workshops in which we spend about half the day laying some critical groundwork on how we operate as humans, and the rest of the time working in teams to see the ways in which things that we never thought were possible can actually become easy and fun.
